Home from Home

Archerfield House will be yours and yours alone. Exuding elegance and informality, it comprises 15 double en-suite bedrooms, principal room, rotunda, snooker room and dining room. You also have the option of expanding your accommodation into the 12 Pavilion Suites, located adjacent to the House.

Magnificent it may be, it’s also somewhere you can unwind and relax. After all, it’s entire raison d’etre is a country retreat. The welcoming atmosphere invites you to kick off your boots / golf shoes / heels / wellies and settle in for your time here.

With our staff discreetly on hand, you won’t have to lift a finger – equally you can raid the larder whenever you fancy a drink or a snack. You set the format and style and we’ll meet every need.

The following is a guide as to what’s possible.

Afternoon Tea in the Rotunda

After settling into your bedrooms, your house party starts with afternoon tea served in the rotunda, the circular reception space with glass-topped cupula ceiling and curved staircase. Take your heavily-laden plate through to the grand principal room and sink into the deep sofas overlooking our 7th green.

Dinner… served however you like it

Work up an appetite on our courses or take a stroll to Yellowcraigs beach… or unwind in our Fletcher’s Cottage Spa or lounge around right where you are. When the sun’s over the yard arm (or well before), enjoy aperitifs. There’s a sumptuous 3-course set dinner served in the stunning dining room. Our chefs will prepare the food and our staff will discreetly serve you.

Breakfast… assuming you have slept…

A delicious full cooked Scottish breakfast will be served in the dining room. Check out is at 10.30am, unless you are staying for another night in our luxury accommodation in Scotland.

Remember our Concierge service is happy to provide complimentary transport around the estate, whenever you need it.
